The Pete Dye signature championship golf course is beautifully maintained and has five sets of tees for play from 5,329 to 7,489 yards.  The golf clubhouse has a full service pro-shop, PGA staff, luxurious men’s and women’s locker rooms and lunch is served daily in the cheerful grille room that overlooks the 9th and 18th greens.  Members enjoy year-round member events and activities, unlimited practice range privileges, Ladies and Men’s golf societies, junior golf programs, complimentary handicap services and playing privileges at several selected golf clubs in Virginia, Florida, North Carolina and California.  

A good variety of luxury homes and building lots are for sale in Hampton Hall as of February 23, 2008:  Three-bedroom Carriage Homes are priced from $316,000; Two-bedroom Golf Cottages are priced from $340,000; Three-bedroom Carolina Homes are priced from $430,000; Full-size custom homes are priced from $590,000 and building sites are priced from $115,000.
