Buyers spend a lot of time searching homes and communities on the Internet for which there is a lot of information.   It must be obvious that the Agent that you choose can make a big difference in your success too!  But, the challenge of finding a good Buyer’s Agent can be as hard and maybe harder than finding the right property.

Moreover, many buyers do not understand how Buyer’s Agency works.  How does it work?  What does it cost? Do you need a Buyer’s Agent?  Does the Agent represent you?  It may surprise you to learn that it costs nothing more to have a Buyer’s Agent work for you and that the commission that an Agent earns is the same whether they are knowledgeable, experienced and skilled, new on the job or worse.  This information and more is in the video, above.  Here is a summary:
